The management of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, apologized to customers over  yesterday service disruption. In an open letter to their customers, the management said,

Dear Customer, We know that when you walk into our banking halls, subscribe to our products or make use of our e-channels you expect the best from us, yesterday, we fell short of this promise and for this we are truly sorry. Please accept our most sincere apologies
